Thank you Kathryn for… …your caring and warmth on numerous family, visits with long breakfasts in the garden and seemingly effortless Sunday roasts with three puddings, followed by a much-needed walk over the cliffs, leaving us with so many so many happy memories; …for laughing with us about stews which we could smell all the way from when we turned off the M3 at Lightwater, or so the legend goes; …for spotting me when I visited your campsite in Newquay unannounced and recounting how you said 'who's that bloomin' idiot over there waving at us?' and still making it seem like a term of endearment; …for being the person who never took any nonsense and kept us down to earth …for being my aunt.
